McSteamy vs McDreamy: Round 2, Over Coffee
Actor Patrick Dempsey just bought a Seattle-based coffee company. No, not Starbucks. Dempsey bid $9.15 million for Tully’s Coffee, an amount that beat whatever Starbucks offered during a private auction this week. ”I think some of the players involved in this deal want to take those jobs away, and you’re looking at an economy that’s rough to get jobs,” Dempsey said. “I went by one of the stores yesterday and the employees are deeply concerned. That’s one thing we care deeply about.” (No word on whether Dempsey plans to sell $1 reusable cups.)

We need to take a harsh look before this becomes the true reality in America.
There’s no need for children in elementary schools to be targets. There’s no need for innocent moviegoers to be targets.
We can motivate people to make a change in attitudes and awareness.

Punk rock fans leave Gainesville with fond memories and strong sickness
Each year, a whole new world invades Gainesville for just one weekend.
When so many people head off to Jacksonville for the football game between the Florida Gators and the Georgia Bulldogs, tons more come into our town to hear some music.
The Fest is a music festival that celebrates all things punk.

What happens online, stays online
There’s a certain level of danger in mentioning anything on the Internet. One link falls into the hands of the wrong person and before you know it, innocent pictures or comments get turned into giant jokes.
This time the giant jokes spawned their own problems.
